Customer Service Receptionist
(Kuala Lumpur - Mid Valley)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be involved in the Company’s after-sales-service centre and will be responsible for matters relating to the servicing of customers’ watches, monitoring and maintaining inventory of spare parts, as well as performing administrative duties. Previous experience in front-line customer service will be advantageous.
Requirements:
Candidates must :
be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
be familiar with Mircosoft Office Applications, such as Excel, Word etc
be pleasant, service oriented and responsible
possess minimum SPM qualifications
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant.
